A Graduate Student-Created Project
During the spring 2008 semester, graduate students enrolled in the Museum Education seminar of the Division of Visual Arts Studies and Art Education worked together with Dr. Melinda Mayer to produce a multimedia presentation for the Blanton Museum of Artâs upcoming exhibition, Reimagining Space: The Park Place Gallery Group in 1960s New York. Concurrently, graduate art history students worked with a Division of Art History faculty member, Dr. Linda Henderson, to curate the exhibition. The Museum Education seminar students created the historical and educational content of the presentation and also developed and implemented the exhibition as a team.
